Lol it is a crawfish!! They are like mini lobsters... you boil them with the shown veggies and seasoning and then you rip off their heads and eat the tails lol mmmmmmm!!!!
Ya sounds great. Like the song off the little mermaid "I pull off their heads! And I tear out their bones!!! It don't hurt...cuz their DEAD!" or something like that. I just can't see myself eating a mini lobster's butt after I tore off his head. lol. Mostly it just bothers me cuz they look like spiders with their weird legs and all. But I will take your word that they are delish :)-britt
We will have a crawfish boil the next time we are in the same area :) it's kinda weird to do at first but you get used to it and it's pretty good once you get past the weirdness ha ha
