Bisquick Cornbread

I have had a few requests for the this recipe and I love sharing it! Makes me feel like I can be a part of the every day living of those I care for even if they are thousands of miles away. Love you guys!

1/2 lb margerine/butter (room temp)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients then pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan.

Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy!

P.S. I personally love to smother my slice in honey or maple syrup. Mmmm comfort food at its finest!
